OFC Associate Development Programme

A structured employed associate position for an ambitious new or early-career chiropractor who wants to develop into an exceptional family chiropractor.

You'll have the security of a guaranteed salary while we invest in your clinical development, communication, confidence, marketing skills and ability to build a thriving diary.

This Isn't A 'Here's Your Room, Good Luck!' Position...

We remember what it's like to be early in practice.

There's a huge difference between graduating as a chiropractor and feeling genuinely confident in practice.

At OFC, you'll have people around you to help bridge that gap.

Your 30-hour Working Week Includes:

25 hours of clinical time + diary building time

As your diary develops, you'll spend increasingly more of this time caring for practice members.

Initially, we'll use the space in your diary intentionally to help you build it through social media, workshops, community events, professional relationships and local marketing.

Weekly 1:1 clinical mentoring

Dedicated time with an experienced OFC chiropractor to develop your clinical reasoning, adjusting, family care and confidence in practice.As your diary develops, you'll spend increasingly more of this time caring for practice members.

Weekly mentoring with the clinical director

Regular 1:1 support around your development, communication, diary growth, goals and career progression.

Weekly + quarterly team development

You'll be part of the OFC team and not simply someone renting space within the practice.

We learn together, discuss cases, celebrate wins and continually work on creating an exceptional experience for the families who trust us with their care.

You Don't Need To Be A Paediatric Expert To Join Us

In fact, we're particularly interested in chiropractors with approximately 0–2 years' experience.

We aren't expecting you to arrive knowing everything.

You don't need extensive paediatric experience.

You don't need to be brilliant at marketing.

And you don't need to already feel completely comfortable on camera.

We can teach you.
