What We Test For
Postural Alignment
We assess how your spine and pelvis are adapting after pregnancy, birth, and with your daily motherhood demands to identify areas of imbalance or compensation that contribute to tension and fatigue.
Movement Patterns
We observe how your body moves and stabilises, revealing where strain, restriction, or imbalance may be creating physical or emotional stress on your system.
Tissue & Muscle Tension
We feel for areas of chronic tightness or imbalance in the muscles and soft tissues, which can often reflect protective patterns from stress, trauma, or prolonged overuse.
Breathing Patterns
We evaluate how your breathing is supporting (or limiting) your body’s ability to regulate and calm the nervous system after years of stress or abdominal tension from pregnancy and birth.
Neurological Function
Using specific tests, we assess how your nervous system is adapting to ongoing stress including balance, coordination, and reflex patterns that indicate how well your body is regulating.
Strength & Stability Testing
We check how well your core, pelvic, and spinal muscles are supporting your posture and movement, helping us understand where your body needs the most support and care.
How It Works
Step 1
Initial Consultation

A relaxed phone consultation where we take the time to understand your story; your pregnancy, birth, and motherhood journey, as well as how you’re feeling right now.
This is where we begin to connect the dots and explore whether our care is the right fit for you.
Step 2
In Depth Assessment​
​
Your in-person examination (30–40 minutes) allows us to assess your posture, movement, tissue tension, breathing, neurological patterns, and strength.
We’re looking at how your body and nervous system are adapting. It's not just about where it hurts, but why it hurts.

Step 3
Recommendations​
During and after your assessment, we review your findings together and explain what they mean in a way that makes sense.
​You’ll receive clear, honest recommendations on whether our care is the right next step for your healing.
Step 4
Begin Your Care Journey

If we both feel it’s a good fit, you’ll start our programme designed to support your nervous system, release stored tension, and rebuild resilience.
Each adjustment builds on the last all helping your body move from coping to truly thriving in just a few weeks.
